Dinner Tonight

Dinner tonight was TOTALLY thrown together, but I thought it was good! Tommy will be the final judge.

1/2 Package of pasta

Ground Beef

Canned Corn

1/2 cup Salsa

Taco Seasoning

Mexican Blend Cheese

Sour Cream

Cook pasta. Brown beef, add corn, salsa and taco seasoning. (I added alot of seasoning, afraid of it turning out too bland, instead it was SPICY!). Layer pie plate with pasta, then beef mixture, top with cheese, into oven until melted and top with sour cream.

I served this with homemade lemonade (and by homemade I mean I mixed the powder and water, in my home. I also added splenda and juice from a lemon). Smile.
